Product Description
PREBOND-58 is a water-based anti rust chemical formulated as a non-acidic-feel, non-toxic, ready-to-use rust remover-cum rust preventive solution. It effectively removes rust and light oil from metal surfaces, acting as a reliable rust converter, and delivers zinc phosphate rust protection that guards against further corrosion for the next 60 to 90 days without requiring additional rust preventive oil or wax. Built on a phosphoric acid and zinc phosphate primer specification, PREBOND-58 is suitable for steel, cast iron, stainless steel, mild steel, CR sheets and other fabricated components, and is commonly used before painting and powder coating as a pre-paint metal treatment. It is well suited to fabrication industries, automotive industries and industrial maintenance, offering an economical option for both dipping and swabbing application processes.
